This piece was created for my “How to Turn Trash Into Art | Upcycled mixed media portraits” video. The thrifted landscape painting was layered with a printed vintage portrait, discarded calendar portrait, acrylics, and liquid gold leaf. The piece feels both dreamy and melancholy - remembering the rebirth of spring amidst autumn decay.
