This piece was created for my “How To Transform Thrifted Art” video as a companion piece to “Imprinted” (which lives on my front porch!). The thrifted landscape painted was layered with a printed vintage portrait, vintage patterns, and acrylics. The result is an irreverent, contemplative, and haunting portrait - where build up and break down intersect, and beauty holds it own among deterioration.
